Our company is a small family run company here is a little about us: L’Astore Masseria is an estate dating back to the 1700’s brought in the 1930’s by the Benegiamo family and was one of the first masserie to be saved from its complete state of abandonment. The Benegiamo family, a family of doctors have been living on the estate since the 1960’s in the mid 1990’s the family decided to reinitiate the wine production concentrating on quality wines rather than the bulk wine that was produced here up until the 1970’s.
