Great passions are often sparked by little seeds. The history of Apollonio winery dates back to 1870, in the aftermath of the Italian unification. It was in the south of the Salento region – where most people made a living out of wine – that the story of Apollonio’s family began; such has succeeded in exporting Salento’s high-quality wine tradition all over the world thanks to its passion and hard work. Montefioralle is a small family run winery, located near the medieval village of Montefioralle just few minutes from Greve in Chianti. The winery, with only two hectares of vineyards, produces small quantities of wine Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC and Supertuscan IGT Toscana.

The Mosole Estate has 30 hectares of vineyards Guyot located in Corbolone, a small town of Santo Stino di Livenza, in the heart of the DOC Lison-Pramaggiore. Founded in 1986 by Sergio Mosole, it is conducted with passion and skill by his son Lucio who adopts a system of modern viticulture, enabling him to give a maximum expression of the territory in each label. He’s a pioneer in the area for wines aged in wood which are known as CABERNET HORASEXTA, a blend of Carmenere and Cabernet Franc, which is refined in barriques for 12 months, the MERLOT AD NONAM, 100% Merlot aged in barriques for 18 months and HORA PRIMA, a blend of chardonnay age
