Tenuta Cantagallo, belonging to our family since 1970, extends for 500 a. in the heart of Montalbano, green hilly area between Florence and Pisa, and it's still a family run farm; in fact all the members of the family live and work here and are happy to give the opportunity to special guests to experience the country life in its recently restored farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The farmhouse lies in a panoramic location on the top of a hill, hence the name “Tenuta Cantagallo”, the place where the rooster sees the dawn and sings to the new day. Staying for some days in the farm means living in a wonderful quiet nature. Here, our guests can do different sports, such as the trekking and the mountain - bike. It is a typical rural building made of two structures whose rooms are all supplied with bathroom, heating, TV, kitchen and also... The wine farm, which has been run by the Lubrano Lobianco family for generations, covers 16 hectares in the Sant’Angelo mount hills.10 hectares of land are dedicated to vineyards and 6 to olive groves and citrus fruit orchards. Production of D.O.C. Campi Flegrei “Falanghina and Piedirosso”. This old, recently refurbished, Masseria and its vast garden overlook the small island of Nisida, the Agnano crater and the Astroni Park. The two flats, which have been recently renovated, are located on the first floor of the house and can sleep up to 4-5 guests.
